These terms do not affect your statutory rights in any way.

1. Definitions
   These terms shall be binding between YOU (referred to as you, your, yourself), being the customer who has made a purchase through the website at boxchapelpress.co.uk and BOX CHAPEL PRESS (referred to as we, our, us).
2. Prices and Delivery
   Prices are set at the discretion of Box Chapel Press. For the purpose of VAT, books are zero-rated, meaning that no additional tax is charged. When making a purchase, you will additionally be charged for Royal Mail first class postage at the prevailing rate for a single book. This is a fixed charge and will not be increased even if you order more books.
3. Availability
   All books displayed on the website are available. If this should not be the case and a book is unavavailable for delivery, we will inform you and make a refund of the order value.
4. Cancellation
   You have the right to cancel the contract for the online purchase of any goods within 7 days of delivery.
   To cancel a contract, write to Box Chapel Press at the address above within seven days of receipt. Please quote the transaction number and date from the delivery slip that accompanies your items, giving the reason for the return as “contract cancellation”. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us within 7 days of cancelling order. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
5. Other Returns
   If you find your purchase to be unsatisfactory or you believe you have not received what was promised, you may return a book to us within 14 days of receipt. The book must be securely packaged to prevent any damage in transit, even if your reason for return is damage in transit. Please let us know your reasons for the return, either by enclosing a note or by sending an email. You are be responsible for the cost of returning books to us unless they were delivered to you in error or the goods are damaged. 
6. Limitation of Liability
   In any circumstances, the liability of Box Chapel Press shall not exceed the price paid for order.
7. Complaints
   You may make a complaint by post or by email and we will respond within 7 days. Please be as specific as possible about your complaint. We will treat complaints quickly and confidentially. 
8. Governing Laws
   You agree that these terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
9. Contract
   When you place an order to purchase a product from Box Chapel Press, we will send you an email confirming the details of your order. This order constitutes a contract between yourself (the customer) and us.
